Overview
#PlayTheCity is a series where I sample countries, regions, cities and their neighbourhoods to create music.
The sounds sampled at the site are the only musical instruments used in the video.
Of course, there is a lot of post-production and digital processing like Pitch Shift among others.
The idea behind #PlayTheCity is to create my AudioVisual Sample Library, which later will be used in the composition of the tracks I play live.
This video is a raw approach to the composition, an exercise of how the samples can work together.
